First of all create new setting in your mobile. For 2G /3G/4G Networks

Step 1:
1. Setting Name: M14                    2. APN: airtelgprs.com                       3. Proxy:  80.239.242.253                 4.  Port: 80                     5. HomePage: live.airtelworld.com

Step 2:
Remove all setting in host handler  such as: backquery / frontquery/ middlequery/ filter Settings

Step 3:
Now in Host Handler    Select     Proxy Type:    HTTP       Proxy Server:       live.airtelworld.com

Enjoy,  This Trick Is Working  Fine 10000000%  In Jammu & Kashmir.
